East Bay Storage

The units are nice and dry. We rented a huge unit, a little expensive, but what isn't these days. The drive behind the units was supposed to be drivable within 2 weeks of renting, which wasn't drivable by the time we emptied our unit 1 month later. Friendly office lady, would probably rent again if we ever needed to.

Clean, Secure, cameras. WARNING! Update over 5 years later... Since the "New" manager got there like 5 or 6 years back... This place will suck you dry. They make it almost impossible to get your stuff back. Sending us to a locksmith who changes a $75 lockout fee and a $125 call fee. When it used to be $15.00 I am on a fixed income now and can barely manage the rental amount, have had trouble a few times and she is ALWAYS very rude and unhelpful. So coming up with that exorbitant so called fee is not always easy. Also why does it seem to be more for some reason when I called but my husband called week later and it was half that. A $25 lock-out and a $75 call fee. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️Be aware.

We've been tenants of East Bay for quite a while and they are always humble and kind. Holly is phenomenal the units are clean property is maintained lighting is great we are very happy to be using one of their units thank you East Bay.
