Mark on the phone was extremely helpful getting the rental agreement filled out since the online failed at the confirmation point at close. Filling out the forms on a smartphone took a bit of effort, but again Mark's phone support was very helpful!

My experience was an excellent one specially with the agent that helped me with through the process. I’ve never done a storage and it was easy.
