FOX DEN STORE-IT, LLC - Janesville HWY 14

We called to ask about a storage unit vacancy and were told they were full at the location we wanted but would put us on a wait list. It wasn’t long (maybe a month?) and we received a call that a unit was available. We made the appointment to come in and get signed up! When we got there the office staff was absolutely amazing! Seamless explanation of the contract, everything available online, and it truly could not have been a better experience. We were given a brand new (in the package) lock with keys, ensuring no one could have a key to your lock. We were given great instructions to enter and exit the facility and shown the unit which is exactly what we were looking for. Fox Den has the storage unit rental down to a science and we are looking forward to a great relationship with this business.

The quality and price for the security and the proper maintenance that they keep is the best I've personally had and the service over the phone and even in person is always polite and straight to the point! Fox Den makes me feel less like a customer and more like family. Love you guys, Keep up the great work. Never Change, unless for the better. 💯 🏆

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT FOX DEN STORE-IT WHEN I CALLED AT TALKED TO KATIE AND THEN WENT AND RENTED A STORAGE UNIT WITH HER. SHE WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL. IT'S VERY CLEAN AND GREAT SECURITY THERE. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH FOX DEN AND KATIE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOX DEN STORE-IT.
