I rented from this storage facility on and off for about five years and was really great at one point. Recently, I’m not sure if the facility was sold to another company, but the customer service has dramatically declined. In the past, you could pay your rent through the kiosk late at night, speak to someone on the phone, or log into your account online. For the past three months, calls are answered by a third-party service that only takes messages, and you never receive a callback. When I went into the office and asked if the facility had been sold, I was told they were “changing systems,” but it has been over two months now. This is not an efficient way to run a business, especially when most payments are expected to be done online or through a kiosk. The kiosk has been down for over two months, and the website is unreliable and it states that the server is not found. I don’t understand how they expect customers to pay rent when the only option is to physically go to the office — especially when the office closes earlier than the posted hours. I arrived during the posted time and they were already closed. To make matters worse, I just received a notice of a unit rate increase after only being there for 3 months. Thankfully, this is my last month here. I will be finding a more stable facility where paying rent doesn’t come with constant frustration.

I've been trying to rent a unit from this facility with no luck. First off the website is unusable to rent a unit on both a phone and computer. So I called and spoke to someone on the phone to rent a unit, they are apparently in a call center. They said they would email me the rental information/agreement. I also had questions for the manager at this location and they said they would have them call me back. I never received the email or a call back. I called again and left a message at the facility. No call back. I called again and spoke to another person at the call who said that they can not resend the email with the information on the rental because it's already been sent. They also said they would have the manager call me back. So I have nothing to show that I have a reservation and still no call back. I'm incredibly frustrated and I am not even a paying customer. And at this point, why would I be if I can't get any information or a call back.

Very convenient self storage location. Very clean units and nice stuff to work with. Easy access to storage unit. Alway available dollies on site. A lot of parking. Security cameras all over. Clean restrooms.
