The staff has been very helpful, friendly, and professional by working to resolve any of my concerns during my time renting here over several years. The move in was quick and easy. The facility is clean, easily, accessible, and very affordable. I was once immediately notified that my lock was missing from my unit and that a lock had been placed on my unit by the office to protect my belongings. This facility has given me great peace of mind that my belongings are proactively being protected and safeguarded. I greatly appreciate their easy payment system as well. I have recommended this storage facility to friends and family over the years and will continue to refer people in need of a storage unit. Thank you for being the best storage facility in town!

Do not trust this facility on Jackson street apparently atomic storage aless storage either. They are not going to follow through with anything as far as maintaining the property and units. Extremely nice and seem to address your claim and bring in third party insurance safelease to adjust your claim. Then damaged property of yours due to lack of maintenance caused by their own neglect will change contract to accommodate their need to deflect responsibility and never correct problem because "new contract" if you don't sign will be automatically placed and changed the previous lease and insurance coverage. This is 3 times in a year. 3 Rd time I have a claim for damages was concerned about the timing and my claim wasn't addressed yet...so now management response to my email is owner is not responsible for vermin feces and infestation and not responsible for water entry, ceiling insulation falling in , mold or any damage property stored there. Also the extra insurance premium added to your payment is just insurance coverage for the facility? Then why does tenant get to pay the extra on the bill. Automatically implemented contracts that's totally different than original paperwork and the contract when you filed a claim and before it's decided facility requests you to sign is a little shady. I informed adjuster and the facility that I wasn't comfortable with signing electronically a new contract until claim was completed. Well automatically within a few days they imposed contract for the unit. I feel like that under duress. But the system was updated for ease of use and payments ECT. Oh wich is debit card only from now on. So scratch a lie find a thief. From my experience with safelease and emerald coast storage Pensacola FL aka atomic storage, Aless storage. Run away from trusting their facilities.
