The units are extremely clean and well maintained. The facility has wide drive aisles that make it very easy to pull in, and unload. Everything is gated and feels very secure, we never experienced a single issue with safety or access.

They must not need business. I called at noon on Friday to inquire if they had the size I need but went to voicemail. I called back every hour and got voicemail. They finally call me back replying to my voicemail on Monday morning. They let me know they have the size I need but when I ask to rent it out she says she has to check with her rep to see when he is available. They don't call me back Monday or Tuesday. I called 3 more times on Monday and once on Tuesday to get voicemail. Horrible business practice

Rented a unit in March of 2022 for temporary space, the staff was always friendly, and liked the hours of access from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. During this time they had one issue with the gate and appreciated the email as notice regarding the gate and the alternative option during that time. They did get the gate resolved quickly. Moved out in November now that I'm in my new house and would use Empire again when the need arises. Thank you for the time when I needed it most.
