Epic Storage

Both office staff were exceptional in their knowledge, friendliness, and help. Facility is very clean, units are well maintained, and everything from front gate to elevator to unlocking and locking your unit is based on high tech smart phone technology. Veri impressive facility.

This storage facility is convenient with phone app control over access and still has an attendant for help and extra security. App is easy to use and facility is clean. 4 stars because there isn't always a cart available in my area (other people steal them and end up behind locked doors) and during recent rain there is some leaking inside the facility. Other than that, it's great. Fair prices especially for introduction promotion.

Worst experience ever!! I've had my storage unit for over 3 years and to my surprise discovered mice/rat droppings throughout my belongings. I traveled from the East Coast arranged to have a Upack service deliver my things once they were packed up. I'm soooooo devastated none of my things are worth shipping!! Having a hard time understanding why you'll didn't notify your customers of the infestation at the facility???? When the storage unit prices increased maybe you'll should've tried a new pest control company!! I honestly feel scammed because you'll provided the service but obviously not to the best of your ability!!
