We’ve moved in and out of multiple units with Everett Downtown Storage over the last couple years during our process of downsizing and consolidating stuff, and have always had the most professional and helpful service from the team there. 10/10 experience - Tony, the manager, made getting started as easy as possible and was super friendly and informative! I called last minute right before close and Tony was still able to accommodate a tour, helping me decide what size unit would be best & getting my account set up all in less than 30 min! So happy with my decision to go with Everett Downtown Storage!

It is a pleasure to rent a unit at Everett Downtown storage. Place is clean and safe. Prices and payment policies are competitive and fair. It was pleasure to communicate and work with Shelby. She registered me lightning fast. Also she assisted me easily to move to bigger space, when I realized that I chose too small space, and answered all tricky questions that I had. Even borrowed me ruler tape when I forgot mine. Beautiful service and support. Highly recommend.

When I had questions about a claim for minor water damage from a leaking box, they guided me through the process efficiently. The quick resolution and fair handling of the claim proved they stand behind their insurance offerings.

This storage experience far exceeded any expectations. The manager Stacy was extremely friendly, helpful, and brought so much personality into the process! Overall she is such a wonderful asset to this establishment. We would come every Sunday just to know we would have her to guide us through the process!
