Renting a unit from Evergreen Properties Self Storage was so easy. I was able to everything via my phone including signing my contract. Had a little hiccup when I first went to put my belonging in my rental unit but the unit I was assigned already had belongings in it. Sent a text and within a few minutes everything was switched to a new unit in a better location even. Totally happy with customer service, access to my property, prices, and the condition of the property.

Have no complaints. Easy to make a payment on their website. They always inform me if something has changed.

They are within your budget and they are willing to work with you, too. I tell everyone I know about this storage place and hope they get to rent from them.
