Express Storage-Lacey

I thought they were really great when I rented my truck for moving, the first rental went well...though it totally was a front, cause after the second rental (just days after btw), I was lied to and now they are trying to charge me with a HUGE fee that I shouldn't be paying. I didn't have the truck the length they said I did, and I sure as hell didn't drive it the length they say I did. But of course I was dumb and trusted them and didn't take pictures. So now I am fighting to pay fees that I didn't even grow...The staff is nice, but beware what is coming after you return the truck...I just won't be renting from that location again...it bothers me because I gave raving reviews and after those reviews were in they sent me a receipt.

Alec the store manager went above and beyond to make my move seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. I will definitely be returning and using Lacey U-Haul in the future! ❤️

Alec Haag, store manager, is a wonderful person to work with - I highly recommend using the UHaul at 5200 Lacey Blvd in Lacey WA. Been using them for years and they just blow me away with exceptional equipment and service every time.
