Absolute nightmare to deal. It took several days to get a real local person on the phone and the phone tag back and forth with different instructions and rules each time was very stressful. Took 3 days to return one call and then said I'm the one that had to be there within the hour to do paperwork or get locked out. She denied ever saying anything different each time. And now after only 3 months the rent is increasing from $200 to $272? What kind of a predatory hike is that?! I am disabled, so not only do I have a limited income, I can't "just" move everything to a new location easily. Sloppy business practices.

Sue was amazing! I had trouble with the app and trying to cancel since I no longer needed a u nit. I went into the office and she addressed my app as well as procedures for cancelling. The process of renting and cancelling with Public storage was pretty seamless and cost effective compared to a lot of others in the area

These two locations have gone above and beyond my expectations! Sue is an amazing manager! She's responsive, helpful and very accommodating as well as she can, she's done so well, I even referred my brother who states that PS and Sue ha e been very friendly and supportive that he even moved from a different storage just to be here. When you need an example of what Customer service is, Sue and PS is that example. Thanks for all that you do Sue, I definitely don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon. Keep up the amazing work that you do Sue.
