​Express Storage - Meridian is fantastic, and Paul is truly the best! ​I had such a smooth and easy experience thanks to Paul. He was incredibly great and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire rental process completely stress-free and quick. ​The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but the exceptional customer service from Paul is what truly sets this location apart. I had a great experience renting a trailer to get some stuff towed. Lizzy was awesome and made sure it was smooth sailing when booking it. The only guy (that’s what he called himself lol) was on point when it came down to returning the equipment. Right as rain. Will definitely return when I’m in need of moving stuff.

The staff is always polite and accommodating. We rent a lot of trucks and we always check this location first and only go elsewhere if they don't have what we need. Went in there on a super chaotic day, observed a very rude customer on their way out, and still received excellent service from the young woman at the desk and from the gentleman who goes to retrieve the trucks.
