Extra Space Storage

My experience with the staff at the store has been good, place is always clean..although 2 years ago there was a mouse issue due to people storing food!!! The insurance is definitely worth it and they do pay you if you have a legit claim!! Extra Space tool care of the issue immediately, got rid of the problem people as well as the mice. We have been using this one in Bloomfield for 5 yrs now and the only other issue I have is that they RAISE THE FEES every few months. Never ever goes down and they will NOT let you use the dumpster because they have to pay a weight fee!! As much as they charge for the units,we should be able to use the dumpster....especially if there was a mouse problem and stuff needs to get tossed out....they told me i had to use my own car and throw stuff out!!! I don't want mouse droppings and whatever other gross stuff in my car. BUT they have worked with me on the rates. So that is definitely appreciated. This was the cleanest and friendliest storage facility around my area. I do miss Jaslyn and definitely miss Jazmin my very 1st contact, but Jim and Jack are great also. I must give a shout out to Jack who was a great help to me on an issue and he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for having them. They should get a nice lunch from the company!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Jack, and they are both wonderful people. Jim assisted me with every question I had and thoroughly guided me through the paperwork process. Jack was also very helpful in showing me around. Additionally, I appreciated that they both take pride in keeping the place clean, which is something I value highly. Thank you both!

We’ve had a unit here for some time now and so far, the experience has been wonderful! Every employee we’ve dealt with, has been great! I particularly want to acknowledge Jack! I recently had an issue where I needed immediate assistance, and Jack went above and beyond to not only help me, but to explain in detail how he was helping me. Additionally, he let me know of proper precautions to take moving forward. I’m super satisfied with the customer service I received. I recommend this place and to see Jack for all of your storage needs and inquiries!
