Extra Space Storage

Jean was awesome! He helped us get set up with our brand new unit after needing to transfer our unit from another Extra Space Storage. Everyone was very welcoming and kind and made the process so easy. 10/10 recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! The store manager, Starr Ecker, at the Murano Del Lago location has been such a pleasure to work with. She delivers the most professional and extremely friendly customer service anyone could ask for, so much more than we have ever received from numerous other storage facilities since being in SW Florida. In addition to 5 star customer service, the facility is super clean!! Absolutely 5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Facility is clean and well taken care of close to the heart of Bonita tucked away on 41 I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Star who is the manager is a Rockstar! So down to earth and just an amazing human being. If you need help picking a unit she is always down to help. I highly recommend her. I’ve used a few other storages, but this one is by far the best!
