I had a great experience at Space Shop Self Storage thanks to Ken. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. Ken really goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of. The facility is clean, organized, and well managed, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. If you need storage, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Ken. Ken & JD are awesome. They made renting storage space for my mom and I super easy. We moved from a long time facility. It changed ownership and management so many times in recent years. Even after a remodel it still seemed dated. We wanted to be closer to home anyways with my mom’s health challenges. These gentlemen made use feel welcome, safe and beyond talented care of. There’s plenty of storage spaces around and new ones. It’s not just price and facilities it’s the people day to day who run them that make all the difference!
