Extra Space Storage

So far my initial experience has been positive. Just reserved a unit and talked with the manager at the Washington Street location in Boston. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m hopeful that my remaining experiences (move in, access and monthly payment processing) go as smoothly.

Paula and Ino were great help with helping me find my unit and establishing how to get in and out. They were very patient, knowledgeable and solved my problem!

Anthony was very helpful, very good customer service. He took the time to explain pricing both on line and at the site. I was able to the see the units to make a decision on the size I needed. Thank you Anthony for all your help
