Shocking to see all these reviews for Lisa because my experience was never once pleasant. My husband was in the ICU for over a month with a life threatening heart condition, we have a newborn, and now all the finances were put on only me because my husband cannot work at the moment. We were behind and I understand there are policy’s etc. I explained our situation and was really praying for some compassion or some understanding. Unfortunately Lisa still allowed an auction to take place very fast. Our payment was typically due on the first and our storage unit was sold and emptied by the 23rd of the same exact month. Lisa was of no help at all, and ultimately was very cold and rude. Lisa is not a kind person, she refused to provide any further information or clarity when I called after the auction was completed. Lisa is a cruel and heartless person and I really can’t stress this enough.I urge anyone to avoid using the storage services here. If any emergency’s happen that are completely out of your control, please know that the manager Lisa is not going to care or have a single drop of compassion towards you or your situation. She’s not willing to work with you or even genuinely hear you out. There’s so many storage units in Boston and I would NEVER recommend Public Storage!!

Lisa is an amazing property manager. She's always do pleasant and helpful every time we visit the storage facility. We couldn't ask for a better property manger.

Had a wonderful experience with Lisa. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s impossible to find good customer service these days but she was a breath of fresh air. She was patient and helped answer all my questions. She made my experience a great one.
