I have had nothing but the best people that work at extra space storage that have helped me through everything and I'm still with them I highly recommend them with five stars and then some thank you all for everything you help me with and do for me God bless you all

I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. They never have anyone available to help when you need assistance. Every time you call, no one is in the office. The woman who answers the phone is always busy, doesn’t respond, or says she’ll call back but never does. I’ve tried several times to make a payment and couldn’t because they are never reliable or available. Now they’ve sent me to collections for $108, which is not fair since I made multiple attempts to pay. Very disappointing service.

Rental rate for such a small space was obscene! What's worse was that all my stuff was infested with mouse droppings ans most cloth and paper items were chewed up! I'd never use Extra Space Storage again!
