Excellent Service. I lease the space on the Web. I also got in touch with Customer Assistance for some questions I had. The Service was great and all my questions answered. Now with Digital Access it's extra secured and was so great.

Even though I’m unhappy with the frequent rate increases and overall pricing at Extra Space Storage for current customers, I am genuinely pleased with the customer service I received from Dacian. From the moment he said “hello,” he was pleasant, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. He resolved the issue immediately and in a way that fully satisfied me. It’s unfortunate to admit that I wasn’t expecting such kindness or an actual resolution, but Dacian exceeded those expectations with ease. Extra Space should be grateful to have someone like him—his professionalism, patience, and problem‑solving skills are an asset to their brand and a strong reason for customer retention.

Priscilla was amazing! She gave us an incredible online price and answered all our questions. She was extremely helpful. What a great person to be working at this storage unit!😀
