Extra Space Storage

I was treated so kindly. The gentleman who was showing me where my storage unit was was so nice and so polite. He was so personable and very knowledgeable. He helped me learn how to maneuver around the site due to my disabilities and helped me get to my storage unit as easy as possible. I am grateful he was there. It's so clean, safe feeling, and I look forward to having more space at home because I have space here!

Storage Unit burglarized without cutting lock. Items missing one gate has been destroyed for weeks. Apparently common once switched to Extra Space from Life Storage. They don’t even have wire inbetween the units. The response? Raised the rent. I’m guessing whoever they have to the switch scopes the place and then robs units because of all the chatter about Extra Space robberies after transitioning, whom I didn’t rent with. This never happened to me at any other facility corporate or independent. I’m still inventorying the losses.

The only shining light in our recent disastrously stressful move was Carl at Extra Space Storage. I was able to reserve the unit easily online and shortly after Carl called me to verify and answer any questions. When he discovered I could not be there to meet the movers he kept a close eye to o make sure everything went smoothly. We have used this storage company in another state and wes pleased with them as well. Thanks again Carl!
