She truly went above and beyond to help me, and her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out immediately. Luz was courteous, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made the process seamless, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in helping customers. I’ve rented storage units for work for the past 16 years across the DMV, and that’s saying something — she is hands down the best employee I’ve ever encountered in this industry.
