Unbeknownst to us,our payments weren't being received,and our unit was set for auction within 24 hours. Fortunately,Adam reached out to us and we were able to avoid losing our property. The only thing we had to do,aside from paying the past due charges,was to buy a new lock. Adam's customer service really saved the day!

Taylor has been fantastic in helping me bring my account current. I haven't worked in two years and still looking for work, but Taylor has been understanding in helping me to staying in current.

While doing lease in office, I was assured after asking if rate will change anytime after move in and was told again that it would not. Rate doubled after 3 moths. From 22$ to 44$. I cant afford that. That's why I repeatedly asked if rate will change.
