Extra Space Storage

We have been renting at this location for a few years. It's nice to see Meloney each time. She is always helpful and kind. We always make an effort to go to the office and say hello each time we go. We have used other facilities in the past, and it seems like it's a different person in the office each time you go. This facility is always clean and secure. Thank you Meloney!

I have used Extra Space several times over the years. I have had wonderful relationships with the managers there - which indicates to me that great service and consideration is part of the corporate culture. Currently, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Melanie, the manager of the Merritt Blvd facility. I called her about a specific concern that I had. She immediately contacted Corporate and got back to within a few hours with a positive solution. I highly recommend Extra Space, and specifically praise Melanie for her excellent customer service.
