Extra Space Storage

My experience at the Washington St. location in Florissant, Mo. was outstanding! I used this storage facility for approximately 2.5 years. At one point, due to an unexpected financial situation, I wasn't able to pay my bill for 2 months. Extra Space Storage worked with me and made it possible for me to pay my bill in full, over an agreed period of time. Approximately 6 months later, I lost my job, making it impossible for me to pay my monthly bill. Joe, the manager, truly understood my dilemma. Therefore, he arranged a plan that not only enabled me to pay my 3 months delinquent bill, he also made it possible for me to escape foreclosure and associated fees. Listen... Times are hard! And, they are getting harder!! It's good to know that some business managers are very compassionate. Joe is one of those managers. Thanks again Joe for everything you did to help me through those trying times. You are truly a great asset to the business. Job well done!

I did most of the signing up on the internet but after I signed up a lady called me from extra storage space and I wish I would have got her name because she was great and made everything from there real easy. So thank you for that five stars on rating the employees. Unfortunately when I was moving in someone thought I did not belong there and called the police five cop cars pulled up which was crazy I was 65 year old man and sure would not take five cops to get me under any kind of control but I was not doing anything anyway. Three cops left and the other two sat there and harassed me for good 30 to 45 minutes so I gave it a zero star far location

The worst ever it should be a zero stars. Unit destroyed by storm and my car was damaged . No body has answers won’t let me in get my property or access damage (insurance) or pay for damages. Been 5 days so looks like I’m a have to take this further
