Clean location! Nice & quiet with friendly workers. Especially Ms Alma. I'm sorry if I misspelled her name. But she was very helpful & gave me a few tips on my way out. Gotta love that kind of customer service.

I recently had an issue with my account at Public Storage, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and caring follow-up I received from Marie, the District Manager. She personally called me to address the situation, took the time to answer all of my questions, and reassured me that if I ever need anything regarding my account, I can reach out to her directly. Thank you so much, Marie, for your professionalism, kindness, and for making sure everything was resolved. It’s great to know there are people who truly care about their customers!

Alma… THAT HAS TO BE THE BEST EMPLOYEE AROUND. Not only was I out of town and she got my payments process professionally and with kindness, but also help me when I got on site with my storage. She also explained the process very well and was very well understood. YOU GUYS ROCK
