Extra Space Storage

I recently stopped by to rent a storage room and Neil was so kind and helpful. I had looked online first and wanted to see a couple different sizes. He gladly showed me around and let me explore the different options. Then he was able to sign me up right then and there with the price that I saw online. The place is in a great location, very convenient, and there are always carts available to help bring items to and from your unit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location to be able to store your belongings. Even with it being a chain, the staff is so friendly and so professional. Mike helped us get settled and made sure we had the codes and keys that we needed to get in. Extremely professional, and so kind. My partner and I are extremely grateful for him in this process. The facility is extremely clean and well lit. There’s a gate that blocks unwanted visitors unless you have the code. Ample parking for any size vehicle you bring in as well.

The only complain that I have is I had to remind someone twice regarding my unit being empty and that I hadn’t received an email confirmation. The first time I told them it in person, and the second time I did it online and I was transferred to the location and told them over the phone. I was told not to worry about it that I wouldn’t get charged again, which I found to be a poor choice of words to use but other than that it was a pretty decent experience. Would definitely rent there again if I needed to.
