Public Storage

This is my first time writing a review for Public Storage, even though I've been renting a couple of units there for almost two years now. The entire online booking system, including the on-site booking process with the manager, works perfectly. The gates, doors, and elevators are all automated. Even during a snowstorm, I arrived at the storage facility without any issues. Everything was cleaned. I also had experience working with online support. Public Storage's online representative, Jhornaliza E, resolved all my issues in seconds. Thank you for your responsible and high-quality customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Public Storage location. When I first returned to my unit, I found that someone had drilled into it. I’ve come back multiple times only to find mouse droppings all over the location, even though there is no food anywhere near my unit. To make matters worse, my unit had an auction lock on it for three months even though my account was paid in full. When I finally arrived to access my unit, I was told it would be left unlocked because the location had run out of locks — a completely unacceptable and unsafe situation. When I asked about receiving a credit for this massive inconvenience, an extremely unprofessional manager (or DM) rudely told me over the phone that “you won’t be getting that.” I will be expecting contact from someone above him to address his unprofessional behavior. Additionally, the insurance offered only covers $250 for damages caused by pests — which clearly invaded the facility — and after 8 months, my situation still has not been resolved. I still do not have a lock for my unit. Between the blatant lack of security, poor pest control, terrible customer service, and inadequate insurance coverage, I strongly urge anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. The property manager is not at fault just the person who she works under.

I’m so much great full to fulfill my needs for the storage , it was a great experience with the property maneuver Simon , his service was very appreciative, calm and helpful, whenever I will choose a storage , I will choose public storage, That’s best and clean storage in the area
