Extra Space Storage

This Extra Space storage location is great. Very impressively clean and organized. Management is on site and attentive during office hours (Jeff). It was easy to reserve the space, move-in and move-out. I had a few questions for Jeff during our time as customers and he has been great being friendly and responsive and just makes things easy. I appreciate you Jeff and Extra Space storage for a pleasant experience!

We have just moved into a senior living place (February, 2026) and needed something secure to store important things we can no longer accommodate in our smaller home. We went to Extra Space Storage and spoke with Jeffrey Johnson. He was exceptionally helpful, showed us our options, and made the process go smoothly. As we moved forward Iwe had some questions and even lost our code for entry. At each turn Jeffrey was super helpful. Frankly, I did not expect to find such friendly, customer focused service at a storage unit. We also had dealings with another gentleman who was equally friendly and accommodating. In sum, I believe that the kind of service, and the manner in which it was provided should be embraced by all retail businesses.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and Jeff made it so easy! He was so patient with me, answering all the questions that I have. The building overall is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place!
