Lori was great! First time renter and she made the process easy. She’s very informative and sets clear expectations about the property and fees. You must have a cylinder lock for these units. Very clean space.

Excellent communication from Mary via phone after I started, but didn’t complete the process online. She offered to help and asked if I had any questions. I spoke with Lori in person, super helpful and great communication skills. She made sure I understood how to access the unit and find my key/lock. Super helpful staff. The unit is what you would expect and we are satisfied with it.

The Georgetown location for Public Storage has been awesome. Lori has been my contact and she is not only knowledgeable, but efficient and a problem solver. In today’s world finding good customer service is sometimes not easy. Laurie has proven that it still exists.
