Darryl was amazing! He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. His customer service really stood out and made my experience with Extra Space Storage smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location because of him.

Let me just start off by saying I love this place. I was a customer years ago when it was Cargo Bay. I’m looking forward to the new experience. My only concern is, there lots of trash in the back of the business. I don’t remember it looking like that.

This is my first storage unit i have had to purchase & im glad to say i think i’ve chosen the right place , Darryl was a great help showed me around and how to access my unit ..Great to know people still love their job❤️
