With the way customer service has declined lately, I didn’t expect much. I was pleasantly proven wrong. The property is consistently clean & well-maintained. I’m confident my things are secure. It helps that the property manager, Mr. Brandon is patient, informative and genuinely engaged. He even assisted me with organizing my belongings and made sure everything was handled properly. No rushing. No indifference. Just real professionalism. In today’s environment, that level of integrity stands out.

Brandon the manager gave phenomenal customer service. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond what you would expect from a storage facility. When I get my buisness up and running at full speed I'm going to shoot him an offer. Missouri needs more humans like this.
