Extra Space Storage

I originally had an appointment at Public Storage . Arrived at that location after making a reservation around 9:30 am no one was present so I gave ExtraStorage a try. Best decision ever. The rep. Paul was great. Very friendly and helpful and great attitude. I rented a 10×10 unit. Never rented a storage unit before but Paul gave me red carpet customer service.

At this location Paul and Jay are reliable and reasonable. I've been storing at this location for years and it has always been smooth sailing

Jay is absolutely marvelous at what needs to be done customer service wise, from explaining price differences to sizing, very patient as I tend to be super annoying about those things. Gave me undivided attention and for me that’s what matters most. If anyone is ever visiting this location I’d definitely recommend you speak to Jay. Been storing my belongings with this location for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
