I had an exceptional experience at Value Store It Self Storage, and it’s 100% thanks to Lisa, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Lisa truly goes above and beyond — you can tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in keeping the facility well-run, clean, and secure. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and she sets the standard. If you’re looking for storage and want peace of mind, ask for Lisa. She’s an absolute gem and a huge asset to this location. Highly recommend!

I booked a reservation overnight, and ended up booking something that was to big for what I needed. But Lisa was such a big help. Not only did she know who I was when I walked in. She toured me and showed me a few other options to better make a decision on what I would be getting. She was extremely helpful and efficient. You honestly don’t receive great customer service now and days, but Lisa was exactly that. It was such a delight meeting her. Highly recommend this location

I had a really great experience with this storage spot in Miami. The service was honestly way better than I expected — super easy, super convenient, no stress at all. The place is clean, safe, and getting in and out was a total breeze. The staff here are awesome, like actually helpful and not just pretending. Big shoutout to Liza and Mayra — they went out of their way to help me out, and I really appreciate that. You girls are the best!
