Extra Space Storage

My experience with the ws young locations in Killeen Tx with Kim the store manger and Mr. Austin who himself helped me and went out his way making sure I sized the right unit , has been the best and easy storage unit I have ever done business with in my 38 years of life and 8 years of military relocating. I was in and out in 15 mins with a gate code for entry also my items covered by insurance and they even gave me a lock in my welcome packet.!!!!! I will forever be a customer at Extra space storage my visit and signing up with them was not only inexpensive but also wonderful with the help of these two employees at Extra Space storage. I had an outstanding experience with Chris while closing out my storage unit. He was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. Even while assisting another customer at the same time, his communication was clear, patient, and efficient. He took care of everything expeditiously and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Chris truly went above and beyond, and his excellent customer service deserves this recognition. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location thanks to employees like him!

The people are friendly, helpful and they are immediate with responses. They were helpful from the start to finish. The units were clean, protected, gated and felt like my belongings were safe the entire time. We had a large unit. Best place to store your stuff in central Texas.
