Extra Space Storage

Been renting here for over a year, In my short time here my rent has increased 3 times. I am now paying 300$ a month, Doubling the price i initially signed up for in under 12 months. I will give stars for the location, The cleanliness of the facility and the security. They facility is super nice, i know my unit is safe but it seems unfair to me. I have heard simaler things from other renters. It seems the long you are here the more they charge you which defeats the whole purpose of storing something. I have visited my unit a total of 3 times since moving in,

I had such a great hassle/ worry free experience here. I almost went to another storage facility, but the customer service was awful- then I came here and met Brie! She made the whole process completely smooth while being totally polite and professional! I highly recommend this place and thank you Brie for being fantastic at your job!

I felt my belongings were safe and secure at this storage space. The grounds were always clean and not run down. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact I felt the price increased a little too often. Overall I was happy with my 2 years of storing at this location. My unit was on the end and I had no problems with moisture or any damage. I entered the office on 2 occasions and staff was friendly and answered my questions.
