Extra Space Storage

I have had my items stored at this particular facility for quite some time and I have always been pleased with the customer service. I’ve met a few managers in my tenure at this facility and they always have been exceptional. They call you right back if you leave a voicemail messsge and they are considerate and respectful in regards to answering all of my questions. My needs recently changed due to a death in the family, and it finally came time for me to move out of this facility. I recently met Justin who is the new manager and he was so helpful and responsive in making sure the move-out went smoothly. I was definitely a little stressed as i had stored my items there for quite some time, and the unknown can be a little scary. Justin helped every step of the way and followed up with a call to let me know that everything had been processed and taken care of. The good news was I was also going to get a little bit of a credit back since I had prepaid for a few months of storage in advance. I can’t recommend this company enough. Usually I get the feeling storage companies don’t care about their customers. Not at all with Extra Space! Thank you to Extra Space, Stewart, the district manager, Justin, and all the other employees I have met over the years.

He went above and beyond to make sure my transfer was handled correctly, double-checked all the details, and made sure everything was perfect before finalizing it. It’s rare to come across someone who is this thorough, professional, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Justin made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated the extra care he took to ensure nothing was overlooked. If you work with Justin, you’ll be in very good hands. Excellent customer service and a great reflection of Extra Space Storage.

Me and my significant other were looking for a a big storage unit to fit our boat and Justin was an awesome person he is a very honest man and Justin stayed after hours just to help us out with our boat trying to make it fit.
