I've had my stuff stored here for about a year. I got a good introductory rate that was quickly raised a few months later without any warning. I was able to negotiate for a lower rate which I really appreciated. The place is easy to access, is clean, and feels mostly safe. I wish there were cameras inside the hallways and a cipher lock on the doors into the halls, but I've never had a problem. There's always a dolly available, and I especially love that it's climate controlled. The desk person has always been very nice and helpful.
