Extra Space Storage is the place to go! I had an amazing experience thanks to Rick O., the store manager. He is incredibly knowledgeable—he knew exactly where all the units were located from memory, which made the whole process seamless when deciding on a unit that fit my needs. Even though it was close to closing time, he took the extra time to let me try out my access code and showed me the best way to enter and park for easy access to my storage unit. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel like I had known him for years. Rick also gave an excellent tour, ensuring I had everything I needed, including all my packing supplies. The facility itself was spotless, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, his calm and reassuring demeanor made a big difference for me, especially since I was having a pretty intense move day. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for great customer service and a well-maintained storage facility, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage—especially if you have the chance to work with Rick!

I have had storage at Extra Space at Jones and Blue Diamond for both personal and business for the past 15 years. It is always very clean and well maintained. I have had the pleasure of having the manager Rick's help for the past 8 years. He has always so professional, efficient and friendly. I am very sad to learn that he will be retiring soon. I hope Extra Space is able to hire someone as great as Rick!
