Tali is one of the most helpful and amazing employees I have met in a storage store! She is always helpful and welcoming and seems like she really loves people! I will always keep my business at this store because of her!

Ms. Rachel was a major help in ensuring that I got the unit I needed. She was also helpful with ensuring I was able to get a good rate with applying and notifying me of current promotions.

I wanted to choose a date 2 weeks from now. The app gave me that date. But when I got ready to pay the deposit it said I was checked in immediately meaning my next payment was due the middle of next month. When I tried calling and getting a new start up date so my auto is at the end of the month I was told my ticket was closed and to change the date would cost an extra $20.00. So… I will get the storage unit and pay my autopay the middle of the month. Frustrating but doable.
