Storage World

Not as clean as it was when I first rented their storage unit. It doesn't smell fresh like other units I've rented from. I did see a dead mouse on the floor and on another occasion a roach on steroids. Floors aren't swept up from debris and I have trouble finding a cart to pull my totes. There are times I had to carry them one by one to my truck.

Tommy was very helpful and informative about setting up storage. Glad they have such a wonderful rep and will be doing business.

I rented a climate control unit, from Storage World, located at 3009 Magee Road, Montgomery Alabama. They cut my lock and ramble through my belongs, stuff was missing and some was damaged. Keisha Ferguson and Mcleonard Ward, who work there said, they don't when my lock was taken off or who went through my stuff
