Extra Space Storage

Marty helped us get a new unit and he was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and made sure he was very thorough! I left the office feeling very good about getting a unit here. He totally went above and beyond with his Customer Service. Can we please get some kudos to Marty! He deserves a raise.

My experience here at The Extra Space storage has been awesome. Justin who runs the front office of the store on Commerce drive in Murray is wonderful to work and do business with. He has a great welcoming attitude. He is very understandable and trys to accommodate you to your needs as best he can. His customer service is phenomenal. Overall my experience with The Extra Space Storage has been everything I've needed and I would recommend anybody to rent a unit through the company.

This location is great! I have had a unit there for 3.5 years and love it. It’s completely safe and secure and climate controlled. Justin is the manager there and he is truly the absolute BEST!!!! He is so friendly and always willing to help out however he can. He helped me set up my unit and has helped me through the years. He’s amazing and deserves a raise!! He’s the best part of the facility and the facility is great!
