Angeletta "Ang" is so caring, helpful, and sweet. She has always been very quick to respond when not immediately available and anytime I've needed help. I appreciate she and her team. I won an auction here recently, at pick up, the manager said the door wasn't working but she would be out to show me how to open it. I try, won't open, I waited she never arrived, I called and she told me she couldn't ( glad I called and not waited another few hours) the manager said she would call her door guy, who showed up 3 hours later, told me he couldn't fix it until all the stuff was out? I did get it open, unload a few things, the next day same thing, couldn't open the door, called the office 6 times ( no answer) called the corporate dispatch number to report I can't get into this unit with nobody from the facility to help me open their broken door! She said she would get the manager on the phone, but after waiting twenty minutes, I called her. I told her again the door won't open, she was going to call the door guy? I moved a few items and contacted her again, stating I have my truck loaded and can't get the door closed, she assured me she would watch the unit until I returned, I arrived back, manager and staff were gone, the unit door was open, it was getting dark, one light 10 feet away, the door was just barely hanging. After hitting my back and head multiple times on the door, I left the manager a message and left the unit. My plan is to return when this place gets it together, but breaking my back on trying to open their broken door, and the manager leaving all of my stuff open for people to take, I won't be back
