In a pinch I needed a storage unit right away. They not only got one that was the right size that I needed they were also able to ensure I had chosen one that worked for my price point. This saved my friend literally and has allowed her to close the sale of her home because we were able to empty it completely! Similar businesses are distinguished by many things but Customer Service sets them apart. From my initial contact w/Sandra in the office I was made to feel SPECIAL. I never leave reviews but the Customer Service provided by Sandra was beyond EXCPTIONAL ! Sandra helped me w/ALL and ANY issues I had and even when closing out my unit, she WOW’d me…the customer once more. Sandra is so nice! Amazing customer service! The property is clean. 24 hour access is super convenient. I would definitely return if the need arises and highly recommend the Winchester Rd location.
