I had a really good experience at Public Storage thanks to Chanel. I came in stressed because I needed a unit last minute after realizing I had way more stuff than I expected during my move. Chanel took her time explaining the different unit sizes and pricing, and she didn’t rush me at all. I originally thought I needed a bigger unit, but she actually walked me to a couple of them and helped me visualize the space so I wouldn’t overpay. That honestly saved me money. She also made the paperwork process quick and easy and answered all my questions about access hours and security. The whole process felt smooth and professional. It’s rare to get customer service that feels patient and genuine these days, but Chanel definitely delivered. I really appreciate the help and would recommend this location because of her.

I normally don’t leave reviews but in this case I feel like it’s a must. Never have I experienced such attentive and informative assistance from customer service. Chanel is the absolute best representative I have ever dealt with! She was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. She was warm and welcoming from beginning to end. If I could leave a rating greater than just five stars I would! This woman deserves a whole universe of stars!
