I had an amazing experience thanks to this team member while getting help with a storage unit. Jada’s customer service was truly outstanding—something that’s hard to come by these days. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond. She absolutely has a manager’s mindset and is someone you definitely want to keep on your team. Highly recommend!

Mannnn, I was actually nervous about going through Extra Storage Space. However, JADA is a boss. She had a pleasant attitude and really knew how to navigate the entire building. Definitely got lost, but it was easy to navigate, as Jada was very reliable. Excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her assistance is finally securing a unit here.

This review is for the BRAMBLETON location. The units are safe and well maintained. They have been remodeling the office so I am looking forward to seeing the end result. I rented an interior unit which is climate controlled for the safety of your items
