Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at this storage facility. Christina was very helpful, answered all of my questions clearly, and took the time to show me a unit so I could see exactly what I’d be getting. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her help and would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

Asst. Manager George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ultimately decided to rent due to his transparency about the rental process and what to expect. I only gave 4 stars because I want to see how it goes after I move in completely but he gave 5 star service.

Ridiculous business. Price increase from $69 to $220 within a year. And it doesn’t matter if you call them to negotiate or not. They will not do anything for you. This place’s business model is just a bet on people’s laziness. They will increase your price until you notice it and move out. And if you’re currently renting a unit, they don’t want you to rent another one :) It’s called “rent hopping” apparently. So an existing customer can’t get a discounted price, but will have to pay 3x more than a new customer. You might call that “rent hopping” but I think what those places do should be illegal as “bait and switch scam”.
