Extra Space Storage

ESS has been a breath of fresh air. The property is clean, secure, and easy to access, but the real difference-makers are John and Aaliyah. They turn what could be a boring task into a smooth, almost enjoyable experience. They greet you like they actually remember you, answer questions without making things complicated, and handle every detail with patience and genuine helpfulness. The units are exactly as advertised, the climate control works, and the whole place feels well run. But the customer service is what sets it apart. If you want a place that treats you well and keeps your belongings safe, this location is an easy recommendation.

This is my first time renting storage space. First impressions are lasting and my first experience will be a standard bearer, if ever I had to rent a storage unit again. Everything went smoothly and very professional...the way I like to do business. Thanks again for this opportunity.

The storage unit next to mine had a rodent infestation which encroached into my unit. I left and I'm now paying about $200/month less for an indoor, climate controlled unit that's the same size as my ExtraSpace storage unit. Not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend ExtraSpace storage.
