Extra Space Storage

By far, the best storage experience I've had in Michigan. Prices and promotions are so good, even for the larger units, that i almost bought 2 units.. Kay Redney was the ultimate reason the on-boarding process went so smooth. She is very professional and her elite level of knowledge made this a great experience. Controlled climate, accessibility, clean environment almost makes the storage feel like a home. (You can't move in! Lol) I will be doing business with Extra Storage Space for many years to come. They raised our rates on all the unit like 2x, but when I talked to them nicely Kay at the front desk got the manager to reduce it for us. KAY IS AWESOME, AND VERY SPECIAL EMPLOYEE. I thank her very much for caring and taking good care of us. I renewed all our units for 1 full year. Thank you

Mrs. Redney is an outstanding storage unit manager. With her help, she made the process as easy as possible from the first interaction in ariving at the facility, to the signing of the lease for the unit a few days later. This is a brand new facility, clean, and is well designed. The pricing structure is very clear and was explained to me as when rent increases would occur, so I would not be surprised when the increases would take place. This was my first experience into the storage world process, and thanks to Mrs Rednry she helped make the process seamless. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space.
