I rented a storage unit here for two months and had a great experience! The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access. Manager Jeff was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. He made the whole process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you need storage in the Ontario area!

The gentleman working in the office was extremely helpful and courteous. When he saw us carrying our belongings, he immediately offered to help and assisted us in bringing everything to our storage unit. Even when he is not physically in the office, there is always a sign posted stating he is on the property and provides a number to call for assistance, and he is very quick to answer and help. His kindness and responsiveness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service!
