Terrible place. Try Storquest they are the best. They actually care unlike this place. After lying about the promise to pay. They said they were going to auction my things on the 18th. And they lied again and sold it on the 5th. And it had generations of my family memories. GONE FOREVER .............. To add an update. This place does not abide by their own policy as far as personal documents. They sold all my personal documents like my birth certificate and tax info and my kids and families personal documents. I've tried calling and they don't return my calls. So now not only is someone using my belongings that i worked hard for, they can steal my identity. Thanks for taking away my entire purpose for living. You comment you'd like to take this further and you take this seriously but when i called you and you said you'd call me back you never did. Just another lie. I have not gone 1 day without crying becsuse of what you did.

I rented at the location. I moved out because of the manager Chauncey. He does not have no customer service at all I felt like he just wanted to take my first payment signed the paperwork and get on . oh and by the way on the reviews, it feels like he pressures you to do the review like I told him that I would do the review later because I did not know how to do it he asked me for my phone so he could do the review right there and then that is really uncomfortable never will rent again at this facility. I was only there for a couple of months. I just left really uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars, I would definitely do it

Im impressed with the hours and price on the unit i just rented. I drove up and Gill was quick to answer all my questions. He gave me a tour of the property and went beyond his time to explain the process. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a good secure storage. Thanks Gill for your service.
